Welcome to the 13th Annual Sand Sports Super Show!

Below you will find all of the necessary forms and information that is needed for your participation at our show. For those returning, much is the same, but please pay extra attention to the NEW MOVE-IN TIMES and SHOW TIMES. For those that are new to our show, you may have some questions on the paperwork. Please feel free to call me at 310-533-0589 and I would be very happy to go over any and all forms with you. You will notice two choices below. The first choice is the complete Exhibitor Packet. It is highly recommended that you download and save this to your desktop so that you have everything that is needed. There may be a circumstance that you just need one or two forms, or need to reprint, and that is what the second choice is for. We have listed all of the forms individually.

It is our goal that your experience with our show is a very positive one. We know that you have choices of where you spend your time and money when it comes to marketing options, and we greatly appreciate your support and the role you play in being a very important part of the Sand Sports Super Show. To the returning exhibitors, welcome back and thank you for sticking with us and being a part of the show again. For our new Exhibitors, we welcome you and hope we become a show that your return to each and every year.
