Bilstein Brings Black Hawk Name To Powersports
Bilstein's all-new Black Hawk Powersports on a Can-Am X3.

The Bilstein Black Hawk shocks were ahead of their time and a name that was infamous in off-road performance. Bilstein is bringing back the title to a new market with Black Hawk Powersports.

Engineered specifically for the Powersports market, these shocks are set up for a unique bottomless ride feel that's comfortable, controlled, and race-ready, all with a direct-fit package. For the first time, Bilstein's two-stage, externally adjustable Zone Control jounce cutoff system is available for the Powersports market.

The ride is completely tunable on the Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports shocks.

"The Zone Control position sensitive damping includes three compression zones and two rebound zones," Shane Casad of Bilstein explained. "The Jounce Cut off is an internal hydraulic two-stage bump stop while the Rebound Cut Off is an internal hydraulic rebound limiter."

"The Black Hawk Powersports shocks feature four-way adjustable damping with a dual speed compression adjustable reservoir. Coupled with the adjustable internal hydraulic bump stop and adjustable rebound, the Black Hawk Powersports shocks are completely tunable for increased performance."

An all-aluminum construction body construction, 2.65-inch front and 3.0-inch rear, helps protect against the elements and the finned aluminum reservoir allows for improved cooling. The threaded spring seat offers easy ride height adjustments, dual-rate springs, and crossover for even more bottom-out control.

The Black Hawk Powersports shocks will be available for the Can-Am X3 in the first quarter of 2023, followed by Polaris RZR models in the second quarter of 2023. Visit their website for more information about the Black Hawk Powersports shocks or other Bilstein products.
